Any product found to be defective under normal use will be replaced at no charge with the same item or an item of equal or greater value. Return by insured parcel post with a letter of explanation and dated proof of purchase.

New, unopened products purchased on CashelLLC.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund and return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is the result of an error by Cashell or the product is defective. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
